Hi all,

We are getting a 2,500 Sq ft warehouse and would like an office, not sure if we should stud wall or breeze block, or any other options such as partitions (do they have another name?)

Basically I'm looking for something similar to this picture I found on the internet:

Looking at about 200 Sqft or so.
Would only need 2 walls as it would be in the corner, and a ceiling.

Can anybody give me any advice?

Thanks :D

You can get refurbished relocatable buildings ('portacabin') quite cheaply and will come as a complete unit, provided you can get the hiab lift in, or shift the building in on rollers. Ebay and search for 'location nearest'

You can also get kitchens & toilets etc.

Thanks for your replies, it was meant to say 200 Sq ft oops :) now corrected.

I looked at portakabins but they are £1,500 + need refurb. :(

What advice do you need?

These are normally done in 100mm blockwork (left fair faced), with a door and timber windows as required, and some joists laid horizontally on top with a plasterboard ceiling and if you like, some ply on the top

I know it sounds daft  That is all I thought I would need, thanks.
