Whirlpool AAA Class - Stops during cycle - Help

Hi
I have an AAA Class Whirlpool dishwasher. It starts its cycle but then stops after 4-5 minutes and does not complete its cycle. The tablet is not releasing and the water that does go in is cold. The water is draining. Any suggestions?

Try the machine on a rinse cycle only to see if it does complete. This does not use the heater so will try and narrow down what has gone wrong.
