Assuming you have underfloor heating hence not wanting to use screws - probably best to contact Contech, the manufacturer, to ascertain what they believe this product will allow in this case.

What substrate is the toilet being stuck to?

Screwing down with brass screws is always preferable especially since we never know who is going to come use our loo! Only takes one 20+ stone person to pull it over when trying to get up and you could have a legal case on your hands.

Best to check with the manufacturer.

If you had glued it down then how would you remove it to clear a blockage or other fault?

Why not screw it down?
