Hammer drill types 1,2 or 3

Hi guys, I'm looking at hammer drills and I often see type 1 or 2 or 3.

I was wondering what do the types 1,2 and 3 actually mean in layman's terms?

As far as I know, these refer to the chucking system used.....
Type 1 = Keyed chuck
Type 2 = Keyless chuck
Type 3 = SDS chuck
.......but on the other hand, I could be my usual miles off
