I have an aquamag-plus on my main water feed into the house which was put on by the previous owner. I have just found out it's supposed to have a low voltage power supply in order to work and have found the jack plug connector underneath the unit....but nothing attached to it!!!!
It looks like the previous owner took it with him when he left!!

can anyone tell me what voltage and current supply I need please.

I've tried googling and all I'm coming up with is 'low voltage' transformer.
I was hoping someone on here might have one and can read the label for me.

thanks.

This site seems to suggest the adapter is 12v. I have no idea how much current is required, but I expect that something capable of providing 1A would be more than enough.

Save yourself the money: plugged-in/not plugged-in, it's not going to make the slightest difference.

Hi,
Did you ever find the AquaMag Plus adapter?

no, I never did.
everyone I spoke to when I was looking said they were a waste of money so it ended up in the bin..........probably why the transformer was missing in the first place.
