Hi all, first post but been using the helpful tips for a while...

I'm renovating a bathroom and installing pipes for thermostatic shower into the brick wall that will be tiled later.

My question is regarding the default size of the female connector for the shower mixer... I will have 2 of them 150mm apart, but not sure if it should be 1/2 female or 3/4 female.... or even male... bit confused....

I'm running 15mm copper pipes up.

Thanks in advance

haven't bought it yet, but will probably get a triton excellente thermostatic shower...

but I thought there was a default size regardless of the shower...

The bar mixer has 3/4" nuts that screw on to 3/4"x1/2" doglegs.
The doglegs are secured in the wall onto 1/2" wall plate.
