Hi To all i'm new here.
I have a problem with my hoover HNL7166.
but let's start from beginning.

All was working fine until few weeks ago when i'm noticed noise when drum spinning so bearing gone.
after being quoted stupid money i've managed to replace them myself.

So all done all connected first wash... all was fine long wash selected ( more then 2 hours) and all fine the only problem i had was wrong connected pipes to dispenser so only think to do was swap them over.
so i did.
all connected and washing machine start tripping RCD not immediately just after one or two minutes.

So disconnected firstly heater, motor earth, valve solenoids, pump. and still doing the same.

is it possible that main board can cause problem?
or interference suppressor?
what i noticed when connecting and disconnecting earth form chassis (washing machine switch is off and connected to mains) i can see small spark like there is a current.

is it possible that suppressor is causing this or main cable?( as those are only two thinks before switch)
Any ideas.
Thanks
Greg

Possibly the mains suppressor, it may have got wet or be a coincidence that it's failed now
