No harm done?? Merlin, I'm surprised at you. This chap has set back race relations at least 30 yrs.(Well in the centre of Birmingham anyway) Ms Chughtai, felt humiliated and very upset (yeah right) I feel a compensation claim coming on here.
I remember a case earlier this year where some Muslim teenage girls were freed from court for beating a white girl up in a racially motivated attack. They used the excuse that they had drunk alcohol and were not used to the effects of alcohol.
This chap should be set free also as he's had 2 spliffs and wasn't used to the effect of cannabis. What's the betting he gets either a large fine, ,community service or even imprisonment.

Racially motivated? How could he tell what race she was before he did it?
