Are IEC C13 connectors waterproof ?

As title says, I suspect they are not but can someone confirm please or if they are whats the IP rating..

I would say waterproof must be IP66 or 7.

Most outside lights are IP44.

I concur with RF that C13 IEC's are, at best, 2X.
 
I'm puzzled about the purpose of the question.
Is it tripping an RCD?

The moulding could be completely waterproof but the contacts are obviously not.

There are holes in the end.
 
By waterproof I mean suitable for external use and in close proxcimity to water. It was posted on a koi keeping forum, and c13 sockets had been used to take pump connections into a waterproof enclosure.

Here is the thread if you want to see it, also looked like the wires were just twisted onto the holes in the terminals, guy now says its just a mock up but I'm not so sure it was.
