Vaillant ecomax overheating

Hi guys I removed a radiator the over day and then refitted and refilled but could still hear air in the system. It's a gravity syste
Have turned the screws on the pump and nothing came out I even removed the whole screw but nothing... Now the boiler is overheating f5??? Any ideas?

Have you tried bleeding all the rads and any other vents on the system?
