setting up a honeywell rf cm700 series vaillant pro 28

trying to setup honeywell cm700 series roomstat as the installer just handed to my gran parents who aren't up to speed on tech + i havent used this one before either
is there any settings for eg..heating on in the morning 6.30 21° then off at 8am ,then on again at 6pm 21° then off at 10pm

Yes that should be possible, when you want the heating to go off, just set the temperature that time really low, say 15ºc or so. So 0630 at 21ºc and 0800 at 15ºc and then 1800 at 21ºc and 2200 at 15ºc. During the 'OFF' times, the heating won't come on unless the house temperature drops to 15ºc which is unlikely unless its really cold and the insulation isn't great.
