Hot water bolier leak?

Hi,
My combi tank in the loft is leaking out of the waste over fill pipe which comes out of the wall? Could anyone out there be able to help with advice?

And the water seams to be warm?

It's a combination cylinder?? I be leave there is a vent from the hot water tank to the header tank? It had a build up of lime scale to I cleaned that! Do you think that could have been causing the problem as it could have been blocked and then caused prussure not to get out and it's caused the water to come up and that's why it's been leaking as the stop cock seems to be working fine?

Also this vent thing looks like a coil but it's snapped off and only a bit of it left on?

Will post up photos later if that helps.
 
Sounds as if the float valve is not correctly adjusted!

Water level is sitting fine it only happening now and then? Stop cock seems to be working as it should.
