UPCV cladding for bathroom ceiling

Im thinking of doing this but..... Is it a dated thing to do?

What's peoples opinions on it?

Not a fan. Saying that though it does do a job if you like the look of it. Personal taste is all that matters really. If you like it, go for it!

I'm not entity sure if I like it or not. It's just a cheaper option to getting a plasterer in.

Looking on the Internet it's used a lot in bathrooms but I don't want to fit it if it's fresh out the 80's.
