After 13 years in the same Garage/unit, My step dad is finally retiring from the world of mechanics..
However, when leaving the unit, he has to decorate the place back to its original condition to get his deposit back from the landlord in full.
We're ok with the emulsion & woodwork... but the floor..??!!
Its painted red (on concrete) but flaking off in many places from years of wear. plus of course, the obligatory oil patches.
So... where do we start...??
Assume we scrub / jetwash / de-grease.
But then what paint do we put down? will the bare patches need sealing?
Any preferences on brand??
