What platform can i hire which will allow me to paint and renew our snow guard ?

Scaffolding can be used, but will be elaborate and cost a lot i imagine.

Any idea about accessing the area in the photo ?

Hey there, access platforms can be a pretty tricky one to decide on if you have never hired one before. There is a really useful guide on access platforms/cherry pickers here: http://www.universalplatforms.co.uk/universal-access-guide

You can hire aluminium scaffold towers pretty cheaply - just assemble them on site.

If you want a motorised platform then you could get a cherry picker. There are loads of hire firms around - google your local ones and phone them up. They are normally helpful.

Motorised platforms will cost a lot more than aluminium scaffold towers.
