Without being to technical.
There is no difference in weight between C16 and C24. Very much doubt that it is Redwood. Probably German, European or home grown Whitewood.
P.E.F.C stands for Programme for the enforcement of forest certification.
C16 47x150 Kiln dried regularised eased edge fine sawn, will weigh in at approx 3.2kg lin metre. Moisture content to be approx 23%
