uPVC door beading required

I'm hoping someone here can help me! I need a piece of beading: with my novice DIY skills I badly damaged a piece while removing a panel (before realising the correct way to do it).

The beading seems to be commonplace... triangular stuff with black rubber adhered along the edge - it appears on most uPVC doors I've seen. I've included a couple of pictures here to show the type... and the damage I did!

It seems virtually impossible to find beading sold separately - I've spent several hours Googling and emailing various places now. And yet I can't believe there isn't a requirement for the stuff. Am I the only person who's ever done this?!

If I can't get it new, I'm more than happy to get it second-hand off someone who has a door they're scrapping. (I already visited a few recycling centres over the weekend, to no avail.) Thanks in advance to the person/people who know where I can get this.

Maybe you should of took the gasket out from outside first, this should release the beads.

Do you happen to know the actual make of the pvc extrusion, not the name of the installer but the company who made the plastic, looks like a Coldseal system to me, might be wrong though, can't off the top of my head remember who extruded it but in any case if it is then you'll have no chance.

Have you chipped any of the bead or door or is it just dents and stuff? If all the plastic is still their you'll be able to get 99.9% of the damage out by applying some heat from a paint stripping heat gun, set it to warm but not hot and GENTLY wave the heat around the damaged area, be patient, don't get it too hot that it singes but enough for it go floppy, you'll find because it is an extruded profile it has a memory and will form back to its original shape

Am I right in saying this door is 10-15 years old???

If so your best and only hope is to get down your local window companies skip!!
There you will ample of old PVC doors with the same beading.
We come across those beads every so often, will keep one for you and post it
