NEFF B1451 BR

Hi I have the above single oven NEFF B1451 BR and i have had to unplug it. Now the time isn't set and the oven wont work.
I cant find the book and cant remember how to set the time.

Does anyony have any ideas on how to set the time.

There are 4 buttons under the clock and 1 turning knob.

Find the nameplate in the door opening & note down the E-number.
