Hi I hope someone can help me

We have kitted our bathroom out with a new range of sand faced tiles what have a ruff surface. We have had them grouted and can't get them clean. We have cleaned them about 5 times and it still as grout on them.

We have brick tiles in kitchen and we have rubbed them dry and it come off but no joy at all in the bathroom. Anyone get any idea please?

If the grout is cement based, then you can use a cement & mortar cleaner, apply with a paintbrush & give them a scrub, wash off with clean water. Dont leave the cleaner on the grout lines too long.

Probably sorted by now, but try anything abrasive in an unseen place to ensure the tiles aren't marked. Sand faced?

I see he's not talking to me.

I don't care for people that hold grudges anyway.
