Hi

I had a new duo tec combi he 33 fitted in December. I have got up this morning to no heating. It is showing error e119 which means pressure too low re pressurise so I followed the instructions it say there are 2 valves turn the left 1 then the right 1 then you will hear the water running when the pressure get up to 1.5 turn off the right 1 then the left. Small problem I only have 1 valve on the right. It's makes like a u shape pipe a bit sticking out on the left that has an end stop on then on the right I have a valve. When I had my boiler fitted my engineer did tell me to turn this valve if there was a loss of pressure but nothing happens. Am I missing something

I'd say you are 'missing' the engineer who fitted it in December. Give him a call. If he can't talk you through it on the phone, he could pop round!
