think you will have to narrow it down a bit more, there are 30 different species of yew.There are 630 species of conifer - doesn't really narrow it down much for the OP?
I'll stick with yew, which is a conifer.
I don't think a hedge supplier will expect you to name a species of yew - you get what they provide as suitable species for hedges. If you ask for conifer, they're likely to ask if you want fir, spruce, pine, cedar, larch, cypress etc. etc. which have quite different qualities. Cypress is a possibility, doesn't look quite 'blue' enough to me but like I said the pic isn't good and I can't see enough detail.
