The previous owners of my house have had the doors dipped and re-hung but they are in need of some TLC. the beads are loos and needs filling/sanding/finishing etc. Anyone tried this/any tips?

Remove the beads, sand off and repin using panel pins - you'll probably have to drill the beads elsewhere, pin in then punch under the pins and fill the holes before filling the original holes with stopping (Brummer Stopping - interior grade yellow label in matching shade to door - probably natural or pine) . Then wax the timbers with something like Mylands Wax.
