Hi all
I have a Sarigas Sintex combiboiler. If I'd known it was Bulgarian I would probably have resisted the "professional" who recommended it and installed it. Anyway the printed circuit board has gone and I haven't got a clue how to get a replacement. if there's anyone out there who's had the same problem or just can help then please let me know.
I'm desperate!

You could ring or fax Sarigas in Bulgaria on +359 46 66 43 86. The worst that could happen is that there won't be anyone who speaks English to take your call. Part number for the PCB is 00042.

What about your installer? And isn't there a manual for the boiler?

Tony - I'm pretty sure the PCB has gone by the way it's behaving - i.e. the boiler's fine in terms of producing hot water but cuts out for heating the rads. I got my pal who fits boilers for a living to have a look and he confirmed as much. He's pretty good and I trust him.

That could just be a temperature sensor, or a bad switch contact. Hope he tested for that?

Calum123 is right.

SARIgas as a boiler manufacturer was based in Verona in Italy, they sold boilers throughout the european boiler market but unfortunately did not survive the economic downturn of a few years ago.

When they went out of business a company called ClimaTeC ( www.sarigas.it ) took responsibilty for supplying the spares for SARIgas boilers.

ESL Spares lists all the available spares for all models of SARIgas boilers that were sold in the UK.

Their website www.eslspares.com has parts lists ( in Italian!!!) and sells all spare parts that are still available.

You need someone who's had experience of these boilers and if I was 100 miles nearer I could replace THE PUMP for you ;) ;) ;)

There's still Plumbers out there having to fix these crappy boilers, any extra helpful info that goes straight to the real problem is only useful

It's a pain in the ass reading through chinese whispers, change this, swap that, replace the other, have you tried so and so

I posted here because I have to work on these myself and am looking for specific info - not found in this thread I might add - but google pointed me here

By the way, I was in EMS office on friday and spares are like hens teeth or recovered from working boilers!
