I first spotted this gang of cowboys about a year ago when they had cut out a course of bricks in this gable wall, cut down the sides and boogered off and left it unsupported for a few months.
Now they have installed the lintol, and I cant count the number of building regs they have ignored, not to mention the considerable danger of the whole building collapsing.

Chess where have you been???!

Glad to see that the standard of workmanship is down at the end that was expected!

Hi, Shy,
Yes, sorry for being away so long, I've been very busy, apparantly the super rich, (who are my clients) are still spending like it is going out of fashon.
It's nice to be back, and I'll keep you updated as to what happens here
I'm confidently expecting the whole b1oody thing to collapse.
I might make a competition out of it,
how many building regs does this piece of sh1t break?

Best regards Shy, I hope you are keeping well and plenty of work.

OK, Shy,
Regarding your question, I think the question is,
What are you doing if you go out with a sharp knife and cut off men's penises?
Ans. Cock robbing

hi Guys, well It;s me again after a mere 3 years.
now living and working in North Carolins USA
I just popped on to say there are quite a few houses here built in rat trap bond. I will post pics if anyone is interested.
My new email is [email protected]. BTW

I have worked in me trollies when it has been really hot, back in the day.

Get some funny looks though when you go to the shops at lunchtime in yer pants!

Were did you get that vid of me laying bricks, I'll have you know I am in great demand.

Hey Nose and all.
It is very heartening to know you guys are all still around and in fine fettle by all accounts.
No, Shytalks is NOT here with me :) but most of my doings are online in my website, (chessspy.com) including my work on my house here. cost me about $80k which is about 50K gbp but it needed a lot of work and still does.
But my new (much much younger American) wife helps with the tricky bits.
So, where was I? Oh yes rat trap bond... (and thanks for the vids showing how to do it properly, I always thought perps were a waste of time myself too lol. If they worked a bit harder they might make a right few quid.
Where was I? Oh yes the link...
