you need reverse sprung "kitchen" hinges and a latch
screwfix sell a pair of reverse sprung hinges with a magnetic touch latch for about £9
you can get cheap "touch latches" that are used to hold attic doors up, you push the door up and it relises the latch but then gravity opens the door

Ikea funnily enough. Last time I saw it was 2 for a fiver. They are designed size wise for their furniture but they'll fit on anything with the right screws.
