The descriptions are poor, it's not really clear what they are for.
One refers to LED, both state 40W (4ft T8 tubes are 36W), and a voltage of 220v which is not the voltage used in the UK.

This is for a 36W T8 tube. However as that the lampholders on most fittings have push fit terminals which are essentially impossible to remove wires from, and you will have to replace most of the internal wiring, and drill new mounting holes in the case to fit the new ballast, it will be easier and probably cheaper to just buy a new complete fitting.

just give them a wiggle like you do with wagos and they normally pop out.

however i totally agree with depending on fitting, it sometimes easier and cheaper to just replace
