Shower rail fixing

Could someone advise me on the best way to fix the rail for the shower head to tiled plasterboard please, are 6mm rawlplugs' man enough???

Size wise yes, but if you mean a standard wall plug then no, I wouldn't use them, as they aren't designed to hold in plasterboard.

Either use one on the newer universal plugs like Rawlplug Uno, or a plasterboard specific plug. And ideally , push the plug in so it is past the tile.
 
IMO if you aren't planning to swing on the riser then yes, 4 'good quality' rawplugs like the UNO's Galoka mentions, will be fine for the job. Not your standard cheepo's from the shed tho.

It only has one screw either end.

I'm selling the property when I'm finished with the refurb. So maybe it won't be my problem in the future..
