Apologies for the long post
I have a concrete drive with grass area that floods. I have dug out the grass and filled with MOT limestone. I need this to be hard standing for caravan and car. My plan is to create a series concrete slabs with small expansion gaps about 3 inches thick to level with current concrete drive. Then I will pave over total area with thin wet motar mix. New concrete slabs will cover approx 8.5 by 10 meters. Total area to be pave is about 8.5 by 14 meters.
Any issue with paving on a concrete slab and using it as hard standing/driveway?
I am also putting in a drain around driveway into a soak away.
Any advice appreciated. Especially on plan or type of paving slab to be used.
