Hi after some help please. Have had my car in to fords for glowing glowplug light. They have come back with seized turbo. Could someone please tell me how easy or hard to change.

Difficult to get the exhaust bolts free, so take your time or you'll take the corners off everything.
Is it driving OK, underpowered, black smoke?
Take the air pipe off at the turbo and see will the shaft spin with your finger, if it does, its not seized.
Have the keys in your pocket while working on the turbo.

Thanks for reply. It's underpowered and a bit smoking. Is most if the work from top or is it easier from underneath. Can see most bits to get to. Thanks

Almost certainly not seized in the sense of the turbine being seized, but more likely the variable geometry vanes are jammed with soot. Have a google for mondeo tdci turbo cleaning for tips on how to clean it.
