edging porcelain tiles?

Got some graphite coloured porcelain tiles for around the bath

I've looked at the edges of the tile and the colour runs right through the tiles

I really don't like those plastic and chrome edging strips, they just look a bit 'buy to let rental property'

Is it ok to not have any edging?

I was thinking of using a darkish grout anyway, and thought if there was any gap showing behind the tiles I could somehow grout it to tidy it up?

get the edges polished, looks 100% better than just a cut edge with grout

What do you use for polishing the edge?

Sanding disc?

Scotch bright pad and an orbital sander
