Hi all.

I'll be completing on a new house which needs some pretty serious work doing to it, one job of which is to give us as much space on the shared drive as possible - the gas meter cover is a semi buried - is there any way to make that flush with the floor so we can reclaim the drive space (as small as it is, it's vital once we've taken the wall down) - I can't find a relevant product anywhere...

Cheers!

You could get the meter moved into an inset wall box if you want. But it will be costly. Ring your supplier for prices. I would think your looking at £500-£1000. Is it worth that much money for a tiny bit of space?? You decide!

The supplier wont move that meter, You need to speak with your gas transporter.
