Hi Folks,

I am planning to remove my old oil boiler and replace it with an alternative fuel. I am thinking Natural Gas?

On the other hand I am thinking that since I am spending around £2k to get this installed I realised this is a large amount of money.

So what I am asking for is advice on weather I should perhaps scrap the gas install and go for something such as wood pellets?

If you think 2k is expensive don't bother looking at a wood pellet boiler! They're silly money, need filling and emptying and can obviously run out which could be inconvenient!

If you have access to natural gas, use it, it's still the cheapest fuel at the moment
