We have a double tap in the kitchen which has begun to leak a little at the centre where the main upward pipe is joined - it's about 15 years old and I don't know if it's possible to unscrew at that join or not or if there is any replaceable seal/o-ring in there - can anyone enlighten me?

Here's a picture:

TIA,
M

That joint should unscrew to allow the swan neck to be lifted out.
You'll find one or two 'o' rings on the neck which need to be replaced......best of luck getting spares - its a bit of a lottery!
