I bought a nexus10 tablet and was watching stuff on my tv via the HDMI lead to the tablet. This morning the tv seems to have lost its blue. Its not an old tv, we bought it new about 6/7 years ago. It was fine yesterday and I wasnt using the tablet to watch stuff through it. Is it coincidence that the tv is now not working properly or is it just down to age? Thanks in advance

Is it blueless with terrestrial signals or only with the Nexus? Please give more details - especially the MAKE and MODEL NUMBER of the TV.
I Haven't watched anything via the tablet since it happened so I can't say if it affects that. It is coming off a terrestrial signal and the tv is a 40" toshiba. I'll post up the model number when I get in. I have looked briefly on other forums etc and there seems to be a feeling that once one of the colours goes, it's new tv time as the repair costs are horrendous. I am a bit worried that watching stuff through a tablet will goose the tv's bits

Your fears are unfounded. Please let us know whether blue is also missing when the Nexus is connected.
