Sick of asking the neighbours to use their drill . Do not use very often but want a relatively cheap drill lightweight , don"t say pink...... For general round the house use any ideas?

a budget cordless is handy, but will not be as good as a corded drill at the same price. But a corded has to be in reach of a socket.
Cheap cordless drills often have NiCad batteries which, in amateur use, will die much sooner than the tool will wear out. A corded drill might last an amateur 20 years or more.

Thanks for the reply thinking of cordless the only reason I need one is that the washing line has collapsed!!! Need to make the hole in the brick bit bigger. Sad I know.....

I have one of those and it's fine for general light work, it's quite light itself.
For general stuff I wouldn't bother with SDS and I would also go for corded rather than cordless as it's a pain charging the battery ready for use, they also don't like infrequent use.
You can go cheaper for non-brand names, aldi and lidl often have reasonable products in but they aren't quite as light. I briefly had a small titan but the keyless chuck broke on it after next to no use, I also have a 2kg SDS titan for heavier stuff but that's probably beyond what you need.

The drill mentioned was on offer in B&Q for £30, homebase also do a similar model same price.
I don't know the spec of that Lidl one, but with cheap tools, a long guarantee is worthwhile as you have to expect (not always correctly) that cheap will go wrong more.
I got a Screwfix Titan 18v cordless with hammer action and two LiOn batteries at a low price, but I think it was on special offer. I would not have a NiCad tool again because I have been so annoyed when the batteries fail.
