Hi,
Would anyone please be able to advise me on the pros and cons for options to install a new fitted kitchen?
We currently have the kitchen area empty of all units and appliances after they were removed to dry and repair the area after flooding earlier in the year. We will soon be at the stage where the kitchen can be refitted, so rather than put the old stuff back we would like to get new. It is not covered by our insurance so we would be incurring the cost.
Would I be better off getting a kitchen fitting company to supply and fit everything or would it be practical to source the supplies myself and then look for contractors to fit? Having never had to do this before I am not sure of the best options moving forwards.
The work involved is tiling the floor, fitting kitchen units and appliances and installation of a suspended ceiling.
Thx
Jack
