BAL Bond SBR for dusty concrete workshop floor?

Hi all,
I have a concrete floor laid in a workshop about 5 months ago. It is about 3mx5m and dusts really badly. Can I sweep, use BAL Bond SBR to seal the floor? I understand that an SBR primer is better than PVA but can't see this particular use mentioned o n the bottles nor the site for this product. Am I using the wrong stuff?

Do I have to paint over this sealant? Any idea what paint to use?

After attempting to determine why the new floor is dusting, why not call the relevant Tech Dept's of the Mfr's of sealing products?

I have always got better advice here and from posters who have tried a variety of products and have a good, balanced, practical view.

I will leave the post out for a wee while, if I don't get any answers, I will contact BAL.
