Hi all, ourselves and 2 neighbours share a Klargester biodisc BC and the land below it is all soggy and water logged but the unit itself is not overflowing its lid and doesnt appear full.

Is there another overflow to ground that I cant see that these units have or do they literally overflow the lid when completely full ?

The outlet is slightly lower than the inlet - they should never fill up to the lid . Sounds like you`ve got an inefficient soakaway area -have a google , you`ll find info on the tank and it`s workings etc.

Hi, I have had a look at their website etc and inside and all looks well apart from the drums not turning (electrical fault) and the belt has snapped, the inlet is clear and outlet is clear and flows out freely.

I have spoken to the other owners and it flows into a field land drain at the bottom of the site which goes across the farmers field, so it looks like some digging is in order
