I'm manning the phone tonight and received a call from one of our regular customers.

The pilot appears to be going out a few times per day, I'm told it lights first time all the time.

The customer couldn't be any more specific than that, he did say this has only happened since we serviced it at the start of the week.

I'll pass the info onto boss man in the morning, I'm curious to know myself what the first thing people would go to here.

Could be the flux capacitor failing to keep resistance when the BBF reaches around 88c.

Remember, the flux capacitor requires 1.21 gigawatts!

OP, best advice is to get an RGI out to look at the appliance. Could be something as simple as the thermocouple, or as dangerous as flue spillage...

The first thing I thought of was the flux capacitor, it;s good working condition unlike the fuel lines that managed to get damaged entry.

My gaffer is RGI but was on Pi££ last night hence he asked me to man phone.
