has it dishcharged any water out of the pressure relief pipe.
they have an internal air bubble baffle that traps air in the top of the cylinder. the air bubble air absorbs the expansion of water when you heat it up. its required that the air bubble is regenerated every 12 months to stop excessive working pressure, it normally states how to do this on the side of the newer models
