Black Carpet Cover Strip - Like Hens Teeth!

Hi all,

I'm trying to source a black carpet cover strip, but am having real problems finding anyone that can supply one.

One of these in black:

Does anyone know where may likely to do these in black, all I can find is gold or silver. Am tempted to get a silver one and paint it, but I think that may end up looking a bit crap.

If there's nothing on ebay or similar, the strip can be painted so long as you rub the anodising away, and then prime before applying an aerosol spray colour plus a lacquer. It won't be as long lasting of course but its worth considering.
