shower doesbt get hot water unless heating is on......urgh

We have a showerforce shower and we can only get hot water from it, if we have the heating on, and when i say on, i mean the radiators come on.......we have the heating on all the time and we control it by thermostat, so i have to turn it to about 25 fot it to click on, .which is fantastic in winter, but pain in summer

Then when the hot water does come through its so hot its scalding then it finally calms down, taking a shower is not pleasurable at all.

Any advice would be very appreciated

Need a few more details please Chap, model of shower, model of boiler etc, so we can work out what type of system you have and advise accordingly.

Hi boiler is s baxi 105 he, and shower is a showerforce t120 ( i think )

Is it just the shower or do you struggle to get any hot water elsewhere without the heating on?

slightly more information.

if the heating is not on, the only way we can get the shower to work is to run some hot water upstairs, that seems to pull some hot water through, the shower then has hot water for about 2 mins until the hot water generated has gone.

so the shower goes cold and you have to run the hot water tap again.........

we had a new diaphram fitted and a new piston thing in the actual shower...

any help would be very appreciated

you have to make the boiler click on.........its a 30 at the minute, not a happy bunny

Bit of a blonde question, I am guessing this is inside the boiler not the shower ???

Is it easy to do, or do I need a plumber to come and do it ???
