Woodworm treatment

are you certain theres nothing in any of your paper work mentioning that any treatment has been carried out in the past?

No evidence available here to suggest that there is active worm.

And if there really genuinely is a problem, then I would be very hesitant to trust treatment companies to fix it and for their warranties to be worth more than toilet paper.

Agreed but that toilet paper is very often requested by lenders when you come to sell. Sorry for the late reply folks. In the process of moving house and BT kindly terminated my old line without connecting the new line. So relying on pubic wifi (with VPN). Anywqy I did bite the bullet and have it done (I know I know) but in my defence I did negotiate the price down and have them include repair to a shake in a beam.
