Hi

I am trying to configure this for first time use.

The manual says you need to configure

• User Code
• User ID

Am I correct the UDL stands for Upload Download?
The user id and user code can be any user?

Any user you programmed in panel. By default only one user ID is in the system - Master, as nr 1. code is 5678

I understand port forwarding, but I do not understand how to configure my router for Push/Email Notifications.

The notification side of the app needs to be setup by creating the account number in your mobile device.

You place that number into the account number in the coms of the panel with the details of the server that they are being sent to (instructions in com-ip manual).

do a test call that's it, if your struggling and your system can be accessed over the internet pm me should be able to sort it out for you relatively quickly.

i've also got an issue with the app, got the comwifi fitted and configured, got wintex connecting locally to the comwifi ipaddress, but can't get the apps to connect locally

check your settings for the app and that wintex s disconnected first
