Providing there's no residual moisture, latex self leveller should be fine if you are floating with a good quality underlay.

Hi, there is some moisture int he lounge, underground moisture, always. ITs bette rnow weve repointed the house.

Which is ok for some moisture?

If there is residual moisture within the subfloor due to a lack of or damaged Damp Course, you will need to lay a liquid DPM before you screed the floor. If there's moisture present due to leaks etc that have now been repaired, you will need to dry the area before laying a SLC and ideally use a moisture tolerant one when the time comes to apply it.
