Bang from V4073 Mid Position valve

Thanks for all the replies so far.

DP, there are at least 3 rads with no TRV. I hope a shoe type valve solves the bangin' problem.............

I know have the valve in my posession and it does look like a nice piece of engineering. I need to find time to do the job.

I'll report back on any results.

Will I get away with 'bunging' the feeed and expansion to let it hange for the valve do you think?
