Tiling onto a membrane?

hi guys, I've taken laminate flooring up in a room and the smell of damp was quite evident (although it never caused the floor problem) but I want to tile the room as it's going to be a new kitchen... where I've had damp previously I have used the below product to keep it at bay and it works wonders:

My question is, will my tilers be able to tile onto this or is there another suggestion any of you might have, that is cheap and not too difficult to do

The product is a black paint but it dries with a rubbery finish and keeps damp at bay

That stuff only needs a very thin coat. So providing its a solid substrate, you shouldn't any issues with movement.

You'll be better off going over the DPM with a latex based self levelling compound then use a single part flexible adhesive for tiling.

It says on it not suitable for overtiling. At least it does on the 25l tub which i bought.
