Hello, I have an airsource heating system which was installed 12 months ago running off 2 samsung units and has had a kettling noise and banging pipes from day one!
The installer power flushed the system (which is double your average size) but still air which when passing the 2 flow sencors sometimes causes a e911 fault, (3-4-5 times a day) theres a kettling noise that seems to come from the presure vessel area?
He did say that being a big system the air would take a while to work it's way through the system and fitted an auto air valve above the hot water cylinder but still air in the system?
Any ideas it's driving me mad!

whats the flow rate? youll need 14lpm to make the flow switch open, if its 2 units I gather its on a header/buffer set up? if not id suggest re piping the whole thing. This I see a lot at the minute, not big enough pumps, pipework etc, badly installed units and electrics. They all blame the product but its usually crap install.

When they rattle it's just the air passing through. You really need a proper air separator on these units now
