Yep, that is all filled in (I assume) correctly.there is a good chance that there is some 22mm pipework still present when the cylinder was removed and the isar installed. gas rates and working pressure need checking too, as mentioned before.
if you look at the benchmark section of your boiler manual, it should be filled in and signed by your installer (and yourself) gas rates and temperature measurements, flow rates etc.
if not you need to speak to him again.

EDIT: Just to update. I tried adjusting the cold flow rate using the blue valve under the boiler but it was virtually impossible to get the flow rate to 10 lpm. It was either a dribble or too fast. Also, the noise was unbearable!
I have left the stop tap controlling the flow for now. Hot and cold are both at about 10 lpm.
