They have a certain mindset, which is perhaps mildly left of centre. But by law they must be honest and factually accurate. Unlike YouTube videos that are faked. And some of the other extreme propaganda. And as for the Daily Mail, it is as disingenuous and biased as the Grauniad.
Actually Germany needs immigrants due to a falling birth rate. So quite different from this country.

Actually the EU tried to impose quotas on all European countries. Another reason not to be part of an undemocratic institution.
I think the BBC were economical with the truth re Cologne. The German police were also instrumental in trying to cover up that the majority of the abuse that night was carried out by refugees / immigrants.

Good thread. The untalkable (usually) discussed from various viewpoints in a civil manner, with respect all round. TBH the immigrant thing has been done to death. We all know where we stand and no ones changing their view in a hurry. Allowing all sides to discuss this, without wiping the thread out though, is a good thing. Free speech is one thing we all like.

I did not have a go. What I said was no more than fact. Why do you think mods asked us not to talk about these subjects? Why do you think mods and others openly complain about openly racist posts on this forum? I find some of the extreme anti Muslim posts on this forum repellent. As do some others. And when I complain about these, I am verbally abused, called a libtard etc etc. The more extreme posts on this forum are a disgrace.

I just cannot see what the problem is, of being concerned about this and voicing an opinion. Would you feel the same if one of the victims was your wife / daughter / family?
